Our appointment scheduling process supports an “open access” philosophy, where patients have better access by viewing the available appointment times directly.
Not only can you book your appointment at your convenience, but you can also view all available appointment slots so you can choose the appointment time that best fits your schedule.
After your appointment is booked, you will receive an automated confirmation email, and a courtesy reminder email two days prior to your appointment.
It is that simple!
And, it is completely secure.
The appointment scheduler only collects the necessary information for booking; no sensitive private medical information is stored on an internet server and all information sent to our secure server is encrypted so you can rest assured your privacy is protected.

Arrive Early
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early so that you can complete or update your medical information profile on a secure, private computer terminal in our office waiting room.
You will need to bring all the medical information you would for any other appointment (such as your insurance card, referral documentation, medications taken).
But, with the intuitive sign-in system designed by Dr. Poggioli, you will enter your information on the computer only once, with the ability to update or change that information each time you revisit.
This saves time for you and our administrative staff, reduces the occurrence of human error, and empowers you to take control of your medical documentation.
Visiting With Dr. Poggioli
During the examination, Dr. Poggioli will retrieve your virtual medical chart via his exam room computer, will enter data directly into the chart, and will even print or fax prescriptions directly from this innovative system.
The use of this technology allows Dr. Poggioli to set aside more time than is typical to encourage a complete dialogue about your skin.
Be prepared with questions so that together you can ensure you receive the best care for your skin.
Most of the time and cost savings is evident behind the scenes, but rest assured that this efficient model not only increases the time Dr. Poggioli can devote to your visit, but also significantly speeds up the process of submitting claims to your insurance provider.
Follow-Up Appointments
After your visit, you can make any follow up appointment at the waiting room kiosk, with a staff member, or online in the comfort of your home.
You or your referring physician can log on as a new user or use the login information already in our system – either way we look forward to serving your dermatologic needs again.
